Your Pulse Dashboard
The first thing you will see when you log in to Pulse is your Dashboard, giving you a 360 view of what's going on in your store. Here we've highlighted the key areas of your store that Pulse is monitoring and analysing.
You can drill into each dashboard card for more information. From here, you can also use the left sidebar to navigate your way through the different sections of Pulse.
Trading Watch - View how your store is performing
This section shows you key KPIs in your store from the past 7 days. They are then compared with the same days last year; the percentage (%) highlighted in green or red represents this year on year comparison.
Here you'll also be able to see if there have been issues with us receiving data from store in the Data Transfer Section.
Insights - Take action to improve your store's performance
This card represents the opportunities Pulse has identified in your store to take action.
Campaign Watch - Measure the impact of price changes, Spotlights and promotions in your store
This is where you can see at a glance how many campaigns are active in your store, and how many products are being measured by these campaigns.
Label Watch - See what's happening on your labels
This gives you a summary of what happened yesterday on your labels. At a glance you can see how many promotions are active on your labels, and you'll see a chart of all price changes made in the past 7 days.
Shelf Watch
If you're using our Captana cameras in your store to monitor on-shelf availability and out of stocks, this section gives you a high level summary of what is going on in your cameras.
