What to do if your Handheld scanner isn't detecting products.
If there is a new product in your store and the handheld is unable to detect it, "Product Not Found", please contact SupportUKI@ses-imagotag.com with the following information so we can investigate it further:
1. Product description (name of product)
2. Product EAN barcode
3. ESL Label ID (found on the back of the label)
We have not been sent the latest product file from your ePoS provider. We will alert you if this is the case.
