Here are the steps to take if your handheld is not responding:

Check to see if power is on in the handheld

Check in settings/WiFi to see if the handheld is connected to the store WiFi network

If there is no store WiFi available, contact your network provider.

If connected to WiFi, make sure it is the store WiFi i.e make sure it is connected to the private WiFi, not public WiFi.

If connected to the store WiFi, contact SupportUKI@ses-imagotag.com.
