Label Check Task List

This Task list shows all labels that have gone offline recently.

If a label has gone offline, then it will not update prices. Labels that are offline need to be checked. Some possible causes and actions.

- The label has moved out of range of the access point. Bringing the label back onto shop floor will bring it back online

- The label is out of battery. If you have had your labels for a long time, the batteries will start to run out. These can replaced easily by a colleague (Video available here)

- The label has been damaged and is no longer working. In this instance, you should replace the damaged label with a spare label. You can also unlink the label from the product so it does not appear on the list.

If a label stops flagging as offline, it will stop appearing on the task list.
