Pulse's latest feature, Floor Messaging, allows you and your staff to see your Pulse insights on the shop floor.
You can now send callouts directly to the shop floor via your ESLs, for store associates
to act upon. This added feature streamlines in-store operations and empowers associates with
the insights they need to take action, ultimately improving the overall shopping experience for
customers.
As shown in the image below, Pulse is sending a subtle message to the ESL for a store associate to take action.
DS:18 - Dropped sale, no sale in 18 days
MW:13 - Managed Waste, Predicted to sell 13 units for the day.
The messaging is displayed in a subtle way such that customers will not notice, but store colleagues taking a closer look at the labels will understand that an issue is being flagged.
A full list of potential Floor Messages and their meanings is in the table at the end of the page.

By clicking 'Take Action' on a product on an insight, you will see the ability to add Floor Messaging as an option. You can then choose the message to appear.
The message will disappear on the time you selected when you choose the insight.
2. Turning on automated floor messaging
In the 'Manage Insights' section, you can enable that insight automatically generate a floor message. Once a product no longer appears in an insight, then the floor message will disappear.
*Please note only 1 floor message can enabled per insight*
If a product appears on more than one insight and has multiple automated messages applied to it, then the message displayed will be according to the priority below.
