Price Watch

Price Watch is where we compare your pricing against competitor retailers, helping you to plan and execute pricing strategies in your store.

Any product that you are selling which is also sold by the selected competitor will be highlighted here, and the price will be compared.

The date the price comparison occurred is on the top of the screen. This is updated each week. You also have the option to view historical matches.

The store is given an index, which the summed total comparison of prices. In the example below, across 3075 products, the store is 11% more expensive.

The same index is applied at a department level below.

When you click on the Price Comparison card, you can see exactly what products were cheaper or more expensive on the date of the price match.

The Price Change card will display all of the products where the selected competitor has changed price since the last match.

You can click into a specific department to see the same information at a department level. From there, you can click into a category to see all the information at category level.
