Label Watch

Label Watch gives you a deeper understanding of what's happening on your ESLs without having to walk around your store.

Label watch helps you to:

• Review pricing accuracy levels on your ESLs
• View the price changes and promotional activity on the ESLs
• See what messages are being displayed on your ESLs

Label watch can be accessed from the left-hand sidebar on your Pulse dashboard.

By default, you'll be presented with yesterday's data. However you can see data for another date by selecting a date from the calendar at the top of the page.

Selecting any of the stat boxes (eg Price Accuracy, Offline Labels etc.) will update the table below with information relevant to the stat selected.

Price Accuracy

This compares the price on the ESL with how much the product is being sold for in the PoS system, to ensure that the correct prices are being displayed on your ESLs.

Price Changes

This lets you know how many price changes are occurring in store for the selected date. The trend of this can be seen in the chart.

Offline labels

This shows you how many labels were offline on the selected date and for how long on average the labels were offline.

Low Battery

Here you can see how many labels had low battery on the selected date, and for how long on average the labels were offline.

Linked Products

This shows you how many products were linked that were new on that day. It also shows you how many products were unlinked and not relinked.

Label Display

This shows you how many labels were displaying a promotion or campaign message on the selected date.
