Product/price discrepancy on a label

What to do if your label isn't showing the correct information.

If your label is showing the incorrect price, you will need to contact our Support Team to identify the problem. In order to diagnose the problem fully, we will need your help.

Contact [e-mail] with the following information from the affected labels:

1. Product description (name of product) 

2. Product EAN barcode

3. Price displaying on ESL

4.  Price displaying on till

5. ESL Label ID (Found on the back of the label) e.g BB8A1374
